This is a special seasonal clay ornament class for kids ages 6-13!
Each student will be making 2-3 handmade ceramic ornaments and glazing them, same session. Students will have a choice of a variety of shapes for their ornaments and can apply textures and applied designs to them. All ornaments are made out of fresh piece of clay, hand rolled, and glazed. When done, they will be fired in the kiln, and pick up will be approximately two weeks later. (By Christmas)
About the instructor: Dianna is a Certified SC K-12 art teacher with her undergraduate degree in Art Education, and Master’s degree in Education, with twenty years of teaching experience. Dianna has worked as a public educator, and is background checked and fingerprinted as per SC Certification.
