This is a brand NEW exciting course for tweens and teens ages 9-16! This is a mixed media class where we will explore the use of a variety of materials and techniques such as fabric dyeing and printing, printmaking, yarn painting, weaving with clay, and clay coil building.
Session dates:
*Tuesdays 4:30-6:00pm 8 week course, September 1 to October 20
Pick up of the handmade clay projects will be approximately 2-3 weeks after final class because they have to be both bisque and glaze fired in the kiln. Price includes instruction, all the crafts materials, clay, glazes, and kiln firing fees. There is no additional material fee for this course!
Classes are taught by a certified K-12 SC art educator with twenty years teaching experience. Class taught in small group, maximum 7 participants.
